Heard that Longranger lost tail rotor near Lae PNG.
Anyone can confirm?

That was careless...I mean, losing expensive stuff like a tail rotor :eek: But it comes as no surprise really, it's very easy to lose stuff in PNG :rolleyes: But once found it's also very easy to get it back again with the appropriate amount of compensation :O

I don't know about a Longranger, but I believe Islands Nationair put a sling load into their 407's tail-rotor a few days ago.

Na Big Mike, not unless 407 can fly Notar.
Twas 206 ends in A, longline incident I do believe.
BTW Hows mosbi, Madang is great
