On my first medical exam, my examiner gave me the wrong eye color test because his machine was broken. I later recieved a letter stating that this test was not valid and I had to pass a demonstrated ability test (light gun). So I did and they gave me a waiver. Since then, I have passed 6 1st class medical exams taking the proper color eye tests and passing, yet each time the FAA sends me another waiver in the mail. How should I proceed in getting the waiver removed? :confused:
