Hi,

I have an Assessment for Contact center Grade 8 Position in EK. Can anyone give any insight about what the assessment is all about and what can I expect.

The mails says post me clearing the assessment there will be a phsycometric test / interview.

Is the assessment some kind of written test or something ?

Any insight on the above would be really helpful.

Hi Sadath83,

As GMC1500 quite rightly says, most posters are pilots. However, I hope that I can point you in the right direction.

Take a look at Myers-Briggs. There is a good section in Wikipedia. Also, you may want to buy a book on phsycometric testing.

Good luck with your interview. But, as I said previously, think very carefully about coming here.
