Yeah, I wound up marrying her. She drives me nuts. Every time she tells me to do something, she always says it twice.

Take out the trash. Take out the trash.

Where have you been? Where have you been?

My Mother is moving in. My Mother is moving in.

:ugh:

GF,

Modern Boeing (http://www.pprune.org/wiki/Boeing) and Airbus (http://www.pprune.org/wiki/Airbus) airliners both typically feature a male voice, which calls out height above terrain on approach to land, and other related warnings. Airbus aircraft usually feature a distinctive British accent (seen on recent builds of the A320 and all Airbus aircraft since the A330 and A340) or French accent (seen on ECAM-equipped A300s, A310s and early A320s).

A female voice was incorporated into McDonnell Douglas (http://www.pprune.org/wiki/McDonnell_Douglas) DC-9 (http://www.pprune.org/wiki/DC-9), MD-80/90 (http://www.pprune.org/wiki/McDonnell_Douglas_MD-80), MD-11 (http://www.pprune.org/wiki/MD-11) and Boeing 717 (http://www.pprune.org/wiki/Boeing_717) (inherited from McDonnell Douglas after the merger with Boeing) series aircraft in the Central Aural Warning System (CAWS). This system provided a voice for most warnings, including fire, altitude, cabin altitude, stall, overspeed, autopilot disconnect and so on.

Hmmm... we have both in my machine. "200'" and "Pull Up" is a dude... "150'" and "Altitude" is a chick.

They probably spend all night in the hangar haranguing one another.
