What is Class 1 blood/urine tested for?

For a class one medical:
I understand blood is only tested for Haemoglobin, what is Urine tested for?
Is it more extensive for an initial issue?
Just interested to know what I DON'T suffer from (having passed it). Does this make me a hypochondriact? :D
