Hi,
I booked two tickets to CYVR with BA flying out later this month through Touchdown, and won a 'space available upgrade' by one class. I completely understand the nature of space available upgrades (Touchdown say that it will be given at the gate if it does happen), but I was wondering given the environment at BA whether anyone knows if this type of upgrade is still given?
