In 1952 three F-86 Sabres of the 92nd Fighter Interceptor Squadron, 81st Fighter Interceptor Wing visited Hatfield to fly chase on the prototype DH.110 and to allow USAF pilots to gain some experience of the type. They had also done the same with the prototype Hunter previously; when the Hunter had been flown by Neville Duke.
This is the extent of my knowledge of these events. Can anyone expand on this and, indeed, does anyone have any photos.
