planning to be a pilot

im a flight attendant working in a new airline in gulf region.
planning to be a pilot looking forward to find a university in state where i can apply to get a visa.
So please if anyone knows the steps for applying and how much its gona cost me,ill be thankful.
i need just a step to start thanks.

Welcome to Pprune! I hope you will enjoy posting here. You will find there are some very experienced pilots here who are very happy to help a person get their foot on the first rung of the aviation ladder - there are lots of others just like you!

Most of the subjects have been covered very many times and that information is here to be read. Please use the Search function and I am sure you will not only find the answers you seek but you will also learn a lot about the industry that you already work in - but from perhaps a different perspective.
