EK - Pay problem

I have been having a little problem with my pay lately. The FOM states that any hour flown over 78hrs will be given at the overtime rate. I have checked all the FCIs and have found no amendment to this. I think I remember some memo from TCAS about this, but am pretty sure our FOM can't be amended by a memo can it?:=


I have sent an email asking about this, but alas no reply.

If they want us to fly and act according to FOM, that is what they should do as well, interesting to see what the answer will be on this one!!!!!:D
