I heard a rumour that Virgin Blue is/may recruit FOs with CPL only and no ATPL with the expectation that they will complete their ATPL subjects whilst serving as an FO. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Would doubt it when they have a whole fleet full of regional pilots to pick over first, but, stranger things have happened.

Use a bit of initiative and go to their web site. 1,000TT, 500 Multi, CPL, ATPL subjects.
