Start from 1st September.

Used to operate into there a few years ago, I hope the parking is sorted, it was always so cramped and tight.

Thank goodness it is an AB flight!

Dakar is for Africa stable, safe, well developed.
There is a new airport under construction located 40 km west of the town, 2 independed RWYs.
The Highway to the new airport is under construction, that will end the massive traffic jams on that direction.
It looks like that some airport operators speculate for a upcomming new hub for africa, look at Lome and Abuja.

Low blow there EK380. Its not the boeing captains fault that their machine doesn't handle the job as well as the bus.:E

Lets see, what version of VNAV approach is EK inventing now?:}

Come on guys why sould it be a Cap landing and take-off? Sea-level,ILS or Vor approach,what's the point? F/O can land,Cap does 180 and that's all!!!
B747,A340 are flying there for ages w/o problems...except the ones useless talks can bring:bored:...seems there is is a preference in these forums for the dark side of the moon!
