got some time here and looking at jumping on a train to the seaside or somewhere else where I can avoid the smokin cafes. Any tips?

there is a direct train from amsterdam central station to zandvoort.
it's quite a sleepy town during the winter but if you wanna go for a stroll on the beach and have some gluhwein thereafter it might be a welcome change of scenery compared to busy amsterdam.
it takes only 30 min by train and there are some nice bars and restaurants around!!!
