Just came across this ad on Seek. Wondering if anyone might know some more? A new start up in Perth with previous engineering business looking for a chief pilot with E190 experience. Anyone shed some light?
Our Client
Our client has been providing Aircraft Maintenance services, throughout Australia and Asia, in order to support several Airlines' Aircraft Maintenance program requirements.

The Team
They have a team of professional highly technical staff who have years of experience. They have a 'can-do' culture of staff who are not stopped at the word 'no' but find new and innovative ways of getting the job done. They rely heavily on their technical skills as well as priding themselves on their creativity and ingenuity.
They are looking for a Chief Pilot to join their team in Perth. This position is a permanent placement for a new and exciting endeavour and will be at the forefront of the project.
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
To ensure the Operator's air operations are conducted in compliance with the Act and Regulations of the Civil Aviation Authorities.
To establish and document the operation standards for the organisation and be in a position to monitor and, if necessary, correct operational standards.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Minimum 2,000 hours total flying time, including 400 hours in command of multi-engine aircraft of which 2 or more flight crew are required. Also 250 hours need to have been acquired within the preceding 3 years on Embraer 190 or similar aircraft.
Satisfactory record in conduct or management of flight operations.
Current and valid ATPL
Current and valid Medical Certificate.
