does anybody know if the 7 years duty with ek to get all the provident found starts from the joining date or from the end of line training?

Even if your years of service are less than seven when you leave the company owes you the contents of your A fund or your end-of-service benefit as defined by the labor laws, whichever is the greater.
If you upgraded relatively quickly and invested conservatively you may find they actually owe you more than what is presently in your provident fund.
