Has any of you guys any Idea how to syncronize excel document to a outlook calender.
My monthly plan is xls excel document.

Yes it worked, now we are solving the issue how we can do this with 12 guys on one excel sheet and getting the info in each calender (outlook).

It would need each employee to copy and paste their programme from the master spreadsheet into their own spreadsheet. Should take no more than 5 seconds.
