Hi, I have a checklist question. First let me say I'm not rotorcraft rated. I am a commercial, multi, instrument, CFI, CFII licensed fix wing pilot.

The reason I am posting is because my main job is as a writer. I am currently writing a television show about a fictional helicopter air rescue division in the Rocky Mountains.

In once scene I have the main character running an emergency checklist (simulated on the ground), for this I would like to have an accurate checklist. I have searched and searched but can't find any checklists online. Does anyone know where I can get one for any make/model of turbine powered helicopter? Any emergency will do (e.g engine failure/autorotation, hydrolic failure, electrical loss) Essentially just a checklist that "sounds cool", since it is for TV. If anyone can lead me to one online, or email me one, that would be wonderful.

Happy New Year!

Checklists are all type specific - there is no generic one for, say, turbines.

Here's a study guide for a Jet Ranger. In the emergency section, you can see that there isn't a checklist as such and most emergencies will involve 1. Enter autorotation 2. Land as soon as possible

This thread may help though for other types.
