So me and my buddie have an argument regarding if PET/PSR is part of the syllabus in a IR(H) ground exam in EU.
Is it?

It is in flight planning and monitoring for IR but not in Gen Nav (are they separate papers in the IR? I am just going from the learning objectives, I'm not familiar with the split of the IR papers). The IR(A) and IR(H) exams are the same.
It is in both for all other syllabuses except CPL(A) Gen Nav, which will have it added in the proposed amended syllabus from next year for some ridiculous reason, instead of the repetition being removed entirely from all Gen Nav courses.
