For last two hours or so I haven't been able to login to Atponline.gs.. Anyone experiencing the same?

I just got an email from PayPal saying they are denying my payment to Atponline because they think that this is not a legit charge.. How stupid can they be? There is an identical charge on my PayPal account from Sept. 10th..
