Hey All,
Im studying for a Masters in HR and one of our projects is coming up with a recruitment package for a fictional airline.
Im just trying to come up with 5-10 sample technical questions that a qualified pilot might expect in a job interview for a major airline. Im kinda looking for technical questions rather than ones on motivational aspects or leadership qualities.
Ive trawled a load of pilot recruitment and training sites for the last hour without any joy...If anyone knows of a site that might have these (or if you know a few off the top of your head) please post a link or reply below.
