I was very lucky to be outside this evening just before it started going dark to hear an unusual sounding engine overhead, on looking up I thought that looks like a Dove, what a lovely sound it made,

I live in Runcorn not far from the LPL which it was routing over southbound,

I went in fired up the scanner to Liverpool and caught his call sign G-DHDV,

I presume it was on its way home to Coventry.

Must say you were being jolly brave being outside in Runcorn as night fell.
