Options with Hiring/Leasing an Aircraft - Single Engine

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with hiring/leasing an aircraft for an extend periods of time.

How long are you talking, 1 month or 12?

Give us an idea and we might be able to shed some light.

One of the better known Pruners frequently on here is on a "long term" lease, he might be able to assist with some pro's and con's.
