It appears that PPRuNe's server hosting company has not synched their clocks to reflect UK winter time on the PPRuNe servers handling UK accesses.

How does the PPRuNe system work? Is it synched to relative to GMT, local time zone (adjusted) or some other method?

Floggings and forced reading of ITIL standards for all network staff are now mandatory. :)

Looks OK here now - posts are registering at the local time I posted them. (Ireland follows BST.)

@bnt

Most interesting. Your posting time reads...

Whereas UK winter time reads (GMT) reads 13:52. Are you talking to me from the future? :)

MB - user profile/options/time zone - is it you?

@BOAC

Is it me? Usually my fault! :)

My PC clock is right but I'll check PPRuNe settings.

Thanks BOAC.

PS - Settings seem fine. It is bizarre. I'll chase it up later.

You probably have UK summertime in the user profile options and 'don't change DST' ticked? I would expect the server to run on GMT.
