Is £250 per day plus expenses reasonable in the current UK market? I'm an experienced FO just lacking the night hours for the issue of a full ATPL.

If not, what is?

£200 - £250 + expenses is a good amount. That is close to what I used to get paid.

Try asking for £250 and go from there.

Yup, £250 + expenses.

As has been said, try for £250 and then negotiate, make sure they understand expenses are extra though - I'm sure too many have been stung with that one.

Much will also depend on any guaranteed minimum days per month.

Our CJ / 550 FO's are Euro 250 + 40 per diem

6 days per month guaranteed ( LPC's paid.)
