Are the RAF running jets on used chip-shop oil as a cost saving measure, perhaps?

I'm surprised that they didn't just try to throw the jet some bread...
Maybe their webbed fingers and single eye made that something of a challenge?

According to Norfolk Police the Tornado was dumping dirty fuel.
Oh well, after today at work, that at least made me laugh!!:}
