Mr Blair insisted that the reason for intervention in Iraq was the discovery of WMD.

Now that we know that the WMD never existed and that the war was prosecuted for another, unknown, political reason, what rights do we have to prosecute Mr Blair?

What recourse do we have to recover costs from him?

Can we sue him in a class action?

He was, after all, elected to act on our instructions.

He was, after all, elected to act on our instructions.

I would keep quiet if I were you as you were clearly implicit in the war, after all, by your admission, you elected and instructed him. Same as a non-executive director might be held culpable, even if he did nothing.

A lying politician, some alleged rusting drums and a legal challenge. And the connection with military aviation is........?

This has been thrashed out by the Daily Mail et al. I share your point of view, but not sure we need a thread on it.

There again, if it sparks another my bombs bigger than your bomb contest..
