FEEL Air will start long haul-low cost operations out of Stockholm Arlanda and Oslo Gardermoen respectively in 2010. First destinations are New York (JFK) and Bangkok (BKK). All the initial routes are set and approved. Launch date yet to be determined.

FEEL Air is a long haul low cost operator focusing on the Scandinavian leisure market intending to initially operate two Airbus A332. Launch capital is 240 million Nok. A work force of 160 people is anticipated by end of 2010. One member of the team, Otto Lagarhus, is a former Norwegian aviaion authority director, and a former SAS pilot.

I'll second that :ok: but the cynicist in me says "give it 6 mths".
I would love to be proved wrong.
Plenty of money in Norway mind you, oil & didn't **** their economy by joining EEC and accepting the Euro, so who knows :rolleyes:

Any relation to or tie up with Norwegian Air Shuttle?

If yes, there's a fairly good chance of them lasting a bit longer than the speculated 6 months.

If they're planning on 16+ hours a day in utilizing the A330's with long haul flights. It may just work.
