Difficult to say if you don't have money to spend in Clubs. You can go back to the basics and drive through the country along the coast.

Options for entertaining in Qatar :
1 ) Order an Evian water from F1
2) Go for LPC-OPC with Pizza man
I was told you will really have fun if you do that in Qatar
