I know that CTC now finance the wings course through BBVA instead of HSBC.

Is the loan still unsecured or do you now have to have security against a property?

In other words Dan, yes you do have to secure the debt against something.

The loan does not have to be through BBVA though. They are just a mortgage company who are familiar with the scheme. You could get a mortgage from pretty much any bank provided you have sufficient secutity.
