Hi guys is anyone at VN have the roster pattern of 5/3 or 4/4?? Like to know since it's look like they only give them when manning permit..

you best tell your crewplaner first that you would like to change your working pattern, if they agree, you write a letter to the company that you would like to change to 5/3, 4/4....or whatsoever. also inform your contract company that you would like to change your working pattern, the whole thing takes about 3 month, then you are on the new working pattern.
