Hi guys,
is there anyone, with A310 experience that can explain me, when the bank angle limit selector is inoperative, the aircraft can be dispatched according to the MEL attending, that this item is not refered in the MEL.

I have always worked on the rule that if it is not in the mel then you cannot go.

Coffeemaker U/S and the aircraft is grounded

Surely not. But the Preamble of the MEL tell you:
... It is important to remember that all equipment related to
the airworthiness and the operating regulations of the aircraft not
listed on the (M)MEL must be operative. ...
