I am thinking of joining this Flight School in Malaysia as a CFI.I need some information about working environment in this flying academy. If there is any FI from this academy on this forum please help me ASAP. Thank you

I have a friend who left the school recently.
From the school, I can say, the flying instructors are selfish, especially the Malaysian Chinese. :}
There are a few instructors left because the process is too slow! Inefficient at all! They made ALL new flying instructors waited. You don't believe, you can apply. The more you wait, the more fed-up you will be. You won't be doing anything, just sticking around. And who to be blamed?
I can dig-out more news, if you want to. I still have quite a few foreign friends at this school.
