I will soon be starting my Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating, can anyone out there advise me which of these aircraft is best to do my training in??? and Why?? Thanks...

..if it's for training and test purposes there's not much difference. Both pretty docile and safe when assymetric... but keep the Partenavia away from icing conditions! I'd choose on the grounds of quality of instruction first, cost second and aircraft type 3rd. Good Luck anyway. bm:ok:

Go with the cheapest *retractable* twin with a good instructor. I don't favour non-retractables for training. Managing the performance change with & without gear extended is a crucial skill - and even more critical with an engine failure.
