Will you please advise on acceptance other countries pilot licenses? Shall I take Canadian courses or there are some other ways?

Thanks in advance for advice

Hi,

Yes, Canada recognises ICAO licences, and you can convert it to the Canadian version. I am not sure of the cost, but budget $15K for a CPL/ME/IR roughly speaking.

You'll need an approx minimum of 500hrs TT and 250 PIC to even get a sniff with a small operator in most cases. A lot of Canada's small operators fly bush ops, entailing very challenging flying conditions and locations. If you really luck out, you might get RHS on a twin operated two crew.

Best of luck! :ok:
