Does anyone know what the flight test involves?

Could you inform me about the rest of the interview process too? Particularly interested in what they question you on on the aviation aspect. Thank you.

Most difficult selection you will ever go through. Be prepared for anything. The Pilots that fly for MAF are probably the most skilful guys in the world.
