Recently speaking with a mate about some people we both know who have shot through the ranks and seemed to have had not too difficult a road to get into shiny jets. The things is, they are di%kheads. Thoughtless, arrogant twits, yet it beggars belief that some HR interview panel have decided that they should hire theses guys.
It is like these guys are blessed or born under some lucky star, of course I do have some mates who are good down to earth blokes who I understand why were chosen for an airline gig, but there seems to be a fair share of fools that get let through.
Anyone come across pilots like this?
