Hi everyone,

Now, this may be a somehow weird request, but I couldn't find what I need on the web for the past 45mins, so I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I am enrolled in a JAA ATPL DL course for the conversion of my FAA CPL, and I need an official (i.e. JAR at best) document / documents listing the following for my local taxation authority:

- amount of theoretical exams (14, I know, but where does it actually say 14 in writing, I couldn't find that, so I can prove that to them)

- amount of study hours required (officially 650 if I remember correctly, but again, where does it say that)

------------

I've tried finding that in JAR FCL but was not successful, and google did not prove to be my friend also :ouch:

It would really be most helpful if somebody could point out to me where to find that info in writing.

Thanks very much

Or here

http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/175/Section%20J%20-%20JAR-FCL%20THEORETICAL%20KNOWLEDGE%20EXAMINATION%20REQUIREMENTS.p df

Bit of a long link but there is a section on how much theoretical instruction time in there, although there is a part that says on conversion of licences it can be at the discretion of your training provider... I'd say give your school a call and find out!
