Genuine interest to serve people

Well....that lets out most prospective American and British nationals, then, for FA positions.
No unions.
Fixed contracts, renewable from the company view, only.
Reasonably low salaries compared to 'western' standards.
Do what they are told with no arguments, whatsoever.
No 'grandmas'.
No fat and ugly ones allowed.
Ability to remember the passengers names, drinks, food selections.
Show up on time.
Not demand 5-star hotac at every layover.
Don't steal the towels/fixtures from hotel rooms.
NO cooking in rooms.

You left out one other requirement for Cabin Crew , you have to be a lesbian as noticed there are quite a few of them on board

Have flown Air Arabia many times, there must be some unwritten prerequisite that all female cabin crew are well proportioned in the 'derrier' also. Have yet to see a dodgy looking one.

I know it's all about safety but I hate seeing those old boilers close to retirement, heaving a trolley up the galley just cos the union says they can. Flight attendants are the face of the company, the face should be easy on the eye!

Hustle On :ok:

Lets face it, when we picture an air hostess its a pretty little thing in a tight uniform.
Too many companies are politically correct.
Well done Air Asia!

The problem is?

Smart marketing, I wonder what the average punter would like to put up with. Smiling attractive FA's or cranky old galley hags or lady boys that BA, QF, AA offer. Hard choice really!

Kingfisher in India hires "flying models" though I think the standards have dropped. They do penalize the girls for gaining weight or getting a pimple by not giving a bonus!

I dated a kingfisher girl, and she hated it cause they were so strict, though she knew fully what was going on when she had to spin during the interview...

Most of the Air Asia girls I've seen have been real stunners, easily good enough for Kingfisher.:ok:
