Revalidation/Renewal FI(R)

Not sure which of the above is the correct terminology (renewal I think). My FI(R) lapsed a couple of years ago. Am I right in saying that I need to do a flight test and a seminar to renew?

If so, can someone confirm that please. If not, can someone give me a clue before I dive into LASORS.

Yes, you are correct.

You must do them both within a 12 month period, and the rating is renewed from the date of the last event.
