Maintenance handling of foreign ailines

Hi everyone,

Could you fill me in on who's doing the maintenance on all those foreign airlines that visit OZ?
e.g.: Vietnam Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Tiger, Air Asia, Delta, United and any other I don't know about or forgot.
