I know that Liam Fox's main target if and when they get to power is a major restructuring of the procurement process. whether or not his actions will match his words will have to wait and see.
How much longer can that clown in No 10 claim to have the best interests of the country at heart?

Nothing new there, then. Mind you, most of the "suppliers" I know "do not really know the price of any kit, and project management does not exist (in the supplier organisation)".
