Apologies, it's been asked a thousand times before, but can you please direct me to a reliable safe site which'll allow me to convert what I see on you tube, to what NERO will like?

Just google "video converters free" and you'll be offered a large selection, take yer pick. :)

This ones ok though:Free FLV Converter - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com (http://download.cnet.com/Free-FLV-Converter/3000-2194_4-10832044.html) although I don't know if it'll do the hi-def ones.

I have been doing this very thing over the last week or so. 'er indoors wanted some tai chi exercises put on a vcd. She found many offerings on youtube and I then looked at how to do it. It's really quite easy.

1. Find the clip you want to download
2. Copy the URL of that clip
3. Go to Download Online Videos Save Direct Easily - Savevid.com (http://www.savevid.com/) (I open another instance of Firefox)
4. Paste the youtube URL into the box provided and select download
5. It will download to wherever your default location is.
6. After download rename the file to whatever you want (it will name it video.mp4 by default
7. I then use Nero to burn it to VCD (or DVD if you wish) Plenty of other such software to use too.

Following the above procedure, the discs play great on either my laptop or on a standalone dvd/vcd player.

Good luck!
