Does anyone know how to use Zedfares ?
Where do you purchase tickets / make bookings / collect tickets ?

Depends who you work for I guess. At Qantas we just buy them as paper tickets from our Staff Travel office. Depending on which airline you're using you may also need to list here (http://www.flyzed.com). You can also get schedule and availability info there too.
I reckon ZED tickets are great, cheaper than using QF and gives you a lot more options/flexibility when things are tight.
