Can I ask where you got that from, the site I get WX and NOTAMs from didn't say anything about it...

RWY 04R/22L avbl as flws -
RWY 22L not avbl for lndg/tkff - last 150ms RWY 04R clsd.
RWY 04R Declared dists - TORA/TODA/ASDA 2843 LDA 2696ms.


WIP on threshold of RW22L means that only RW04R is available for T/O & landing. The wind today fairly strong from the south-west (currently 210/13)exceeding tailwind limits for operations on RW04R.

Also RW04L/22R closed, only usable for taxi.

WIP until approx 10th Sept.

Well ive just landed back from PSA into LBA, and i can tell you air traffic originaly shut the runway due a hole in it! the runway reopened with restrictions due to the hole! but then the wind was gusting down the runway at 15knotts, so some aircraft could take off but some couldnt! :sad:

Presumably aircraft got in before the weather changed! Six hour delay - been a long day for some
