Does anyone perhaps have contact details for someone at the CAA in GUCY?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've been trying to contact them too; I have Sekou Oumar Thiam who has an overfull e-mail inbox & doesn't/won't answer his phone.

So if someone has further details I'd appreciate them too!
