Worth the time? Yes. Good opportunity to see how controllers operate. Discussion on VCA's and runway incurrsions included.

No need for contacts, mate. Just email the Air Services person on that website and she'll put your name on the list. Includes free refreshments as well! :ok: (probably paid for by all the practice ILS fees we've been paying, though :) )
