I managed to see this movie recently on SBS about the 1999 LAPA 737 accident - Whisky Romeo Zulu. It's a Spanish language film with English subtitles and would have to be one of the best aviation movies I've ever seen.
All the technical aspects were spot on and the lead actor / director played himself as a former LAPA pilot who left two months before the inevitable accident.
Aside from being a good film, it'd make a decent training film and shows how organisational culture can bring an aeroplane down.
Definitely worth a look if you can find it on DVD.
