Hours Building

I m planning to go to the states to do some hours building in the summer

I was thinking Florida maybe Ormond beach

Does anyone know any other good places where you can do a good hours buliding course or rent planes cheaply?

also any tips for when i go out there

Also do a web search on OBA and a number of other company's in Florida, the quality seems to be "variable".
