A320 Cat III Ldg. Capability

Hi, I’m new in the Bus and have this doubt about degraded equipment in CAT III APPs.
Above 1000Ft lower ECAM is lost, if you transfer it to an ND Ldg. capability becomes CAT II, just 1 ND available. Since weather minima is CAT III, is it possible to continue the app. without lower ECAM in order to keep 2 NDs for CAT III?

Short answer: YES.

Look at the back of the QRH (5.04) - the SD is not a required item and doesn't affect landing capability. Yes, you can always transfer the screen, but you don't have to. With the gear down on approach it only shows the wheels page, which isn't particularly interesting anyway (as long as everything is working!).
