Safety record for Soviet-built aircrafts in DR Congo (1,5 years) has broken, when the Services Air An-26 9Q-CSA crashed on May 26 in Isiro. The last fatal accident occured on 04.10.2007 (An-26 9Q-COS)

Unfortunately, all three Russian crew members lost their lives. The Congolaise loadmaster suffered severe injures.
