Rumours of a New Airline???

Ive heard through the grapevine that there is a new airline starting up in Australia with bases in Melbourne and Sydney doing runs to places like Newcastle NSW and Launceston TAS...

Can any one enlighten me further regarding this and how much truth there is in the rumours and if they are true, what is the name of the company!
